As we approach the festive period, we wanted to keep you up-to-date on everything you need to know about our payroll processing plans over Christmas.

Payroll processing dates

• In week commencing 22nd December 2025, your candidates will be paid on Wednesday 24th December. To avoid any delays, we kindly ask that you send your payroll instruction and payment to us by 12 noon on Wednesday 24th December or before.

• In week commencing 29th December 2025, your candidates will be paid on Wednesday 31st December. Once again, we kindly ask that we receive your payroll instruction and payment by 12 noon on Wednesday 31st December or before.

Opening hours

Our payroll team are working throughout the Christmas period but many of our other departments will be closed from 25th December 2025 and will open again for business as usual on 5th January 2026.

It is also helpful for us to know your Christmas opening times too and we would be very grateful if you would drop us a line with that information.
