We’re working on an updated policy, which will be available before the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force in May. In the meantime, we’re publishing each section as and when it’s ready, for people who are interested. The final policy will be available soon and until then, all published information is subject to change (and apologies for any broken links). If you don’t mind that, please do keep reading.
Oh, and you can learn more about our approach to the GDPR on our blog.

When you trust us with your personal data, we have a responsibility to protect it and respect it. These obligations are outlined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which governs data protection and privacy for all individuals in the European Union.
The GDPR protects each of us as individuals, because it stops companies using our personal data in a way that we’re unhappy with, or didn’t even know about. It also puts a responsibility on these companies to keep any data they hold about us up-to-date and secure.
These principles fall very much in line with our own values on how customers should be treated. We hold a significant amount of personal data about people who are currently employed by Key Portfolio or who were in the past, as well as those who considered joining at some point. We also hold data about recruiters, suppliers, our staff and members of the public. We take our responsibility to these individuals seriously.
