If you join one of our services, we’ll process and store your data in line with our privacy policy for employees.
If you decide not to join, we’ll delete your data within seven months. Our lawful basis for this retention policy is legitimate interests, because in our experience this allows enough time for someone to reach a final decision about joining. It also gives us time to monitor how many enquirers don’t join and to look for patterns and insights in the data we hold about them, which helps us grow our business.
