Out of hours registrations

We’re here to answer calls between 9am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you meet a candidate outside of these hours, please follow this process:

1. Registration Form

Ask your candidate to complete our Registration Form.

“This form is to register with our payroll provider, Key Portfolio, so you can get paid for your assignments.”

2. Tell them to contact us

“Before your account is set up, Key need to speak to you. They’re closed right now, but please give them a phone between 9am and 6:30pm, so they can make sure everything’s in place for your first payroll.”

Give your candidate a postcard as a reminder. It also includes a copy of our phone number.

3. Send us their documentation

Attach the completed Registration Form to an email along with certified copies of the candidate’s Entitlement to Work documents. Send it to administration@key.co.com.

4. Pre-employment consultation

If your candidate contacts us, great. If not, we’ll be doing everything we can to get hold of them anyway.

Once contact is made, we’ll take them through a pre-employment consultation. It covers the benefits of joining and how the service works. At the end of the call,  we’ll finalise their registration.
